Established in 2008
The firm behind Bangalore’s commercial property decisions.
Fortune Real Estate Consultancy is not a listings portal. We are a market-side advisory that helps companies, investors, and institutions choose the right commercial asset — then close it cleanly.

The firm
Built for people who cannot afford a wrong address.
Fortune started with a simple observation: commercial real estate in Bangalore was noisy, brochure-led, and slow. Occupiers were comparing buildings without knowing true occupancy cost. Investors were buying corridors they had not underwritten. Landlords were losing time on unqualified demand.
We built a consultancy that sits between the market and the decision. We shortlist from verified inventory, price against corridor evidence, walk the floor, and stay through negotiation and paperwork.
Today we advise on Grade-A offices, logistics warehouses, industrial units, commercial land, and income assets — always in Bangalore, always with a named consultant on the file.

Who we advise
Four rooms. One standard of work.
Occupiers
Companies taking office, warehouse, or industrial space who need usable area, power, parking, and a lease they can live with.
Investors
Buyers underwriting yield, tenant credit, and exit — not a city-wide average rent.
Landlords
Owners who want qualified demand, cleaner terms, and fewer wasted site visits.
Institutions
Campuses, funds, and expansion teams that need a single advisory line from brief to closure.
Mission
Make every commercial decision evidence-led.
We help businesses, investors, and owners choose, negotiate, and close commercial property with verified listings, corridor intelligence, and complete transaction support.
Vision
Be Bangalore’s most trusted commercial consultancy.
Enterprise-grade advisory, ethical transactions, and long-term value — so clients return for the next floor, the next warehouse, the next land parcel.
How we behave
Four rules on every mandate.
-
Integrity Verified information. No brochure fiction. The client hears the risk as well as the opportunity. -
Market insight Advice is corridor-specific — Whitefield is not ORR, Nelamangala is not Peenya. -
Client focus Headcount, budget, timeline, and the next three years decide the shortlist — not our inventory. -
Speed Fast visits, tight comparison, and closure support without a week of silence.
The work, not the brochure
What a Fortune mandate actually looks like.
Brief
We write the requirement in usable area, power, parking, budget, and corridor — not a vague “office in East Bangalore”.
Evidence
We price the shortlist against current corridor rents, CAM, and competing supply before anyone books a visit.
Floors
We walk the asset. Floor load, HVAC, access, and restoration clauses are checked on site, not on a PDF.
Close
We stay for term sheet, documentation, and handover so the file does not stall after the handshake.
Work with Fortune
If the next space has to be right, start with a conversation.
Share the requirement. A consultant will come back with a corridor view, a shortlist, and a clear next step.
